To book garden visits please download and complete a booking form and follow the return and payment instructions on the form.

You can book for one or more visits on the same form. 

 

The form is available as a fillable pdf which is best opened in a web browser on a Windows PC or in a pdf reader such as Acrobat Reader (a free app) which is available for Windows, Mac iOS or Android.  This should calculate the total amount to pay.

 

It is also available as a docx file which should open in most word processing programs.

After completing a form, save it and return it by email or print and send it by post or give it in at the April meeting.

If you haven't done so, it is also a good idea to register for the visit on the 'More Information' page of each visit you wish to attend because this will also trigger a reminder email 3 days before the visit and a notification in the unlikely event of the visit being cancelled.
